Hell Is Real

[a] Descending to the chambers of death.

Job 17:16 – Will they go down to the gates of Sheol? Shall we have rest together in the dust?”

Jonah 2:6 – I went down to the moorings of the mountains; The earth with its bars closed behind me forever; Yet You have brought up my life from the pit, O Lord, my God.

TREMENDOUS HEAT unbearably hot, but you are alive and it takes a lot of effort to move. One of the things you will have to endure for all eternity is that you will be completely devoid of any kind of strength. The ability to move is laborious and 1,000 times worse than your weakest moment on earth.

Isaiah 14:9-10 – 9 “Hell from beneath is excited about you, To meet you at your coming; It stirs up the dead for you, All the chief ones of the earth; It has raised up from their thrones All the kings of the nations. 10 They all shall speak and say to you: ‘Have you also become as weak as we? Have you become like us?

Psalm 88:4 – I am counted with those who go down to the pit; I am like a man who has no strength,

Act 17:28 – “In him we live, move and have our being.” Even movement comes from God. It’s not automatic.

BEASTS – DEMONS REPTILIAN, SCALES, SUNKEN EYES, CLAWS, 12-13 FEET TALL they pace like a caged animal, they blaspheme and curse God, they have extreme hatred for God.

Rev. 13:6, James 2:7 – hatred comes from the demonic realm.

PAIN – Real literal pain is felt in hell. You are being tortured but you cannot die.

Matthew 10:28 – fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Luke 16 –
19 “There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. 20 But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate,21 desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell[d] from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ 25 But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’
27 “Then he said, ‘I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house, 28 for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.’29 Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’ 30 And he said, ‘No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ 31 But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’”

BLOOD AND WATER – There is no blood or water in hell.

Leviticus 17:11 says the life of the flesh is in the blood. Well, there is no life in hell, so there is no blood.

Zachariah 9:11 says “like prisoners out of the pit where there is no water.” There is not one drop of water in hell.

PITS OF FIRE, RAGING PITS OF FIRE, BRIMSTONE, LAVA

SCREAMS OF THE DAMNED, AGONIZING SCREAMS OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE.

Isaiah 57:21 says there is no peace for the wicked, they have no peace of mind whatsoever. There is no peace for anyone in hell.

THERE ARE PEOPLE LITERALLY INSIDE PITS IN THE FLAMES BURNING and it is not metaphorical or allegorical fire, it is real literal fire.

Psalm 11:6 says upon the wicked he will rain snares, fire and brimstone in a horrible tempest. Upon the wicked He will rain coals; Fire and brimstone and a burning wind Shall be the portion of their cup.

Psalm 140:10 – Let burning coals fall upon them; Let them be cast into the fire, Into deep pits, that they rise not up again.

Matthew 13:49 – So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just,

John 15:6 – If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

Revelation 9:2 – during the tribulation when the bottomless pit is open. Only real fire produces real smoke to be able to darken the skies.

Luke 16 – the rich guy in hell wanted a drop of water to cool his tongue. So if it was just flames of mental anguish, why would water suffice?

There are 46 other verses in the Bible where Jesus talked about hell and 18 of those verses are about the fires of hell.

WHERE IS HELL LOCATED? HELL IS DEEP WITHIN THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. There’s 49 Bible verses about where hell is currently located.

Ezekiel 26:20 – then I will bring you down with those who descend into the Pit, to the people of old, and I will make you dwell in the lowest part of the earth, in places desolate from antiquity, with those who go down to the Pit, so that you may never be inhabited; and I shall establish glory in the land of the living.

Numbers 16:32 and 33 – and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households and all the men with Korah, with all their goods. So they and all those with them went down alive into the pit; the earth closed over them, and they perished from among the assembly.

Revelation 20:13 – The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.

Matthew 25:30 – And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

There is no comfortable nice level in hell. They’re all horrendous beyond anything you can ever imagine. Those in hell experience extreme thirst. Like the rich man in Luke 16, the thirst in hell is like running through the Sahara desert for a month with cotton in your mouth. Just a drop of water would be precious in hell, however, you never get that drop, there is no water in hell.

Rev. 21:6 equates water with life and there is no life in hell. And He said to me, “It is done![a] I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.

The smells in hell are foul, putrid and disgusting, worse than anything you can ever imagine like the worst open sewer rotten eggs, rotten milk, rotting flesh, anything again times 1000 but then add to it sulfur and sulfur is actually toxic to breathe. In certain parts of the world where there are volcanoes, the public is discouraged from going near because the sulfur from the volcanoes will kill you. That’s what you’re breathing in hell. In fact, you don’t have enough air to breathe in hell. You have to fight and gasp for the tiniest bit of air. At any moment you feel like you are going to die because you don’t have enough oxygen, but you keep on going.

You are spirit and spirits don’t die.

Isaiah 42:5 the Lord gives breath to the people upon the earth. In hell you are not upon the earth, you’re down beneath the earth. God is very specific with his word. Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it, Who gives breath to the people on it, And spirit to those who walk on it:

You never get to sleep in hell, for all eternity, you never get to sleep.

Revelation 14:11 – says and the smoke of their torment ascends up forever and they have no rest day or night. That primarily means no rest from the torments and no rest of any kind. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name

Isaiah 57:20 says the wicked are like the troubled sea that cannot rest. But the wicked are like the troubled sea, When it cannot rest, Whose waters cast up mire and dirt.

Rest is a blessing from God because Psalm 127:2 says the Lord gives his beloved sleep. In hell you are not his beloved. You have no purpose, no destiny,

Eccles 9:10 – Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going

Hell is just a complete useless wasting away and it doesn’t matter who you are if you are somebody famous here, no one would know or care who you are there, you are completely lost and alone. No one will remember you in hell.

Eccles 6:4 says your name is covered in darkness so no one would know who you are and you’re forgotten in hell – 4 for it comes in vanity and departs in darkness, and its name is covered with darkness.

Isaiah 26:14 – They are dead, they will not live; They are deceased, they will not rise. Therefore You have punished and destroyed them, And made all their memory to perish.

There is confusion and turmoil in hell. Everything is confusion. We like things in order here and neat and organized. Hell is the opposite

Jeremiah 20:11 – But the Lord is with me as a mighty, awesome One. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten.

Isaiah 45:16 – talks about everlasting confusion

Job 10:22 – talks about a land without any order

There are snakes of all sizes and shapes.

There are maggots everywhere millions of maggots crawling

Isaiah 14:11 says where the maggot will be spread under thee and will cover thee. If a dead animal is being eaten by maggots, when the flesh is consumed, the maggots will die.

Jesus said hell is where their worm dies not and the fire is not quenched. So in hell, the flesh is never fully consumed so the maggot feeds sweetly on thee

Job 24:20 – The womb should forget him, The worm should feed sweetly on him; He should be remembered no more, And wickedness should be broken like a tree.

FEAR – The fear level that you have to experience in hell, is so far beyond anything you can imagine. Your worst fears on earth pales in comparison to the fear you feel in hell.
